These terms apply when you use travellifehub.com and the Travel Life Hub iOS app. By using them you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or app.

Travel information

Our posts, reviews and guides reflect our own experiences at the time we travelled. Prices, opening times, entry rules and safety conditions change, so please check with the provider and with official sources such as GOV.UK foreign travel advice before you book or travel. Our content is general information, not professional advice.

Reviews

Reviews are our honest opinions based on our own experience. If we were given something free or at a discount, or were paid to feature it, we say so in the review. See our affiliate disclosure.

Copyright

Unless we say otherwise, the text, photos and videos on this site belong to us. You may share links to our pages and quote short extracts with a credit and link back. Please do not otherwise copy or republish our content without written permission. Some images belong to other people and are used with permission or under licence; where credit is required, it is given next to the image or in the article.

Comments

Comments are moderated before they appear. By posting, you confirm the comment is your own and give us permission to publish it alongside our content. We will not publish comments that are unlawful, abusive, misleading, spam, or that share someone else’s personal information. You can ask us to remove your comment at any time.

App accounts

Keep your password secure and let us know if you think your account has been misused. You can delete your account at any time in the app under Account → Delete account.

Links and affiliate links

We link to other websites, some through affiliate links that may earn us a commission. We are not responsible for other websites or for bookings you make with them; your contract is with that provider.

Paid membership

Paid membership is not yet on sale. Separate terms, including your cancellation rights, will apply when it launches.

Our responsibility to you

We work to keep the site accurate and available but cannot guarantee it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. We are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable, or for business losses. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where the law does not allow us to, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud, and nothing affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms and will post changes on this page. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
